- Media Uploads: Photos and videos you upload to the gallery, along with metadata such as upload timestamp and your user ID (to credit your uploads).
- Scavenger Hunt Data: Gameplay progress, clues completed, and scores used to populate the in-app leaderboard.
- Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens collected to deliver real-time wedding announcements and schedule updates.
- Usage Data: Basic, non-personally identifiable interaction logs (e.g., app version, platform) used to diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
We do not collect payment information, precise geolocation, or any data unrelated to the wedding experience.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and verify you are an invited guest.
- To display your name and profile picture alongside gallery content you have uploaded.
- To run the scavenger hunt feature and display the live leaderboard.
- To send push notifications for event updates, schedule changes, and wedding announcements.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the App.
We will never use your data for advertising, profiling, or purposes unrelated to this wedding celebration.
Sharing of Information
This App is a closed, private social network for wedding guests only. Information is shared as follows:
- Guest Visibility: Photos, videos, and your public profile (name & photo) are visible to all other authenticated guests within the App.
- No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal process, though this is highly unlikely given the nature of the App.
Infrastructure & Service Providers
The App uses reputable third-party services to operate. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Messaging) — Firebase Privacy Policy
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — used for media storage — AWS Privacy Policy
- Google Sign-In & Apple Sign In — for authentication only; we do not receive passwords.
These providers maintain their own privacy policies and security standards. We encourage you to review them.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Firebase Security Rules enforce that only authenticated guests can read or write data.
- Media is stored with access-controlled cloud storage buckets.
- Authentication is delegated entirely to Google and Apple — we never store your passwords.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention & Deletion
This App is designed as a lasting digital memory album for Prafful & Varsha's wedding. Photos, videos, and account data are retained to allow the couple and guests to revisit memories over time.
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Upon request, we will delete your account profile, uploaded media, and associated data promptly — typically within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
