1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the "#JabVarshaMetPrafful" Wedding Application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the App.

2. App Eligibility and Registration

This App is created exclusively for the private wedding celebration of Prafful & Varsha. Access is limited strictly to invited family members, friends, and wedding guests. We reserve the right to verify guest identity and approve or reject registration requests in our sole discretion.

We want this App to be a safe, joyful, and memorable platform for everyone. You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:

Guests are expected to interact respectfully during the scavenger hunt and other interactive events in the App. We reserve the right to delete any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

This App is a seasonal, celebratory tool. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the App, its servers, or its features at any time. After the wedding celebration concludes and the photos are downloaded/archived, the App services may be permanently discontinued.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to server uptime, data persistence, or bug-free performance. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, administrators, and the couple (Prafful & Varsha) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
